Refund Policy
Last updated: 21 June 2026. All purchases of Beanstalk products are sold and processed by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds and cancellations are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms, which apply to your purchase. Purchases are treated as non-refundable except where you have a statutory withdrawal right, where a product is faulty, or where Paddle grants a refund at its discretion — each described below. Where your local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights always apply.
1. Statutory withdrawal (cooling-off) rights
Depending on where you live, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase and receive a full refund within a set period of the transaction date — for example 14 days in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, the UK, Turkey and Israel; 7 days in Canada, South Korea, Brazil and China; and 5 days in Singapore. For digital products, this right ends once you begin downloading or using the product after agreeing that it can be made available to you immediately. The exact period and conditions are those set out in Paddle’s Refund Policy.
2. Discretionary refunds
Outside any statutory right, Paddle may consider a refund at its discretion where a request is submitted within 14 days of the transaction. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and submitting a request within that period does not by itself guarantee a refund.
3. Faulty or not-as-described products
If a product has a material defect or does not work as described, please contact us first at b.support@beanstalksso.com so we can try to put it right. If we cannot, contact Paddle with the details and Paddle will issue a refund where required by applicable consumer law. This is in addition to the rights described above.
4. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time using the link in your purchase confirmation email or your Paddle buyer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. If there is any inconsistency between this page and the Paddle Refund Policy or Buyer Terms, the Paddle terms apply.
