Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 June 2026. These terms govern the purchase and use of software products supplied by Beanstalk (“we”, “us”), operating beanstalksso.com.
1. Order process and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service enquiries and handles returns. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms presented at checkout.
2. Products and licences
Each product is licensed, not sold. One-off products are licensed perpetually on a per-seat or per-computer or both basis; subscription products are licensed for the paid term and must be renewed annually to avoid cancellation. Licence counts, activation and deactivation are managed by our licensing servers. Full product capabilities and limitations are described on each product’s page and at checkout, so you know what you are committing to before you buy.
3. Acceptance
You must accept these Terms and our Refund Policy before completing a purchase. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
4. Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. As Merchant of Record, Paddle calculates and collects any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST at checkout and issues your invoice.

6. Acceptable use and liability
You agree to use the products lawfully and in accordance with their documentation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in the full terms to be completed by counsel. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
